OIN Registration for Multi Tenant OIDC SSO

I have a free okta org on okta-developer.pixtulate.com,
Ive created an app for SSO in my SPA application which works fine for single tenant login.

For multi tenant OIDC login, as per the docs, i want to register my app on OIN so that my customers, who are on different okta orgs, can login to my SPA.

my query:

  1. will the OIN registration work for my free account? or do i have to get some B2B plan.
